    Yes, SPA Delhi PhD admissions are merit-based. Students aspiring to take admission to the programme are not required to take any entrance exam. In order to get admission, they must submit a duly filled application form. The fee to apply is INR 2,500. The admissions are granted to eligible students based on their academic profile and work experience, if any.
