Yes, you can definitely continue with your studies in any stream through lateral entry. The documents needed will needed will be your passport , visa , transfer certificate , character certificate, your 1st year score card , your residential and identity proof as well as few official formalities related to police verification which is compulsory for every international student though not if you are permanent resident of India. -
