    Let me clear things. First appear for jee main and qualify for advance by getting marks equal to or more than cutoff like for this year 100(gen) 70 (obc) 52 (sc) and 48 (st). Top 2 lakh candidates are eligible for advance this year. And then give Jee Advanced which is exclusively for IIT's. IIT's don't take admission by any other mean.
