You are eligible for MBA as the minimum requirement for pursuing MBA is Graduation in any discipline with minimum of second class.
Mumbai university doesn't have MBA courses it has MMS (Master in Management Studies) which is equivalent as MBA. For a full time MMS you need to crack any of the
