Yes go on the website its on the homepage that they will take admissions for UG through iat.

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) offers admission to its undergraduate programmes through the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) and the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. The institute does not have a separate entrance exam for undergraduate admissions. Therefore, admission to IISc Bangalore through IAT exam is not possible.
