Yes, you are eligible to BTech in Bangalore Institute of Technology with 70 percent in Class 12. Admission is however done on the basis of entrance examination results such as KCET or COMEDK. The 45 percent eligibility should be fulfilled through Class 12 marks. Selection is required to qualify the entrance.
