DU is considered one of the most competitive universities in India for Commerce, Science and Arts education at the undergraduate level. The university and its affiliated colleges was attracting the cream layer of crowd till the time admission was subject to Class 12 scores. While reserved category candidates still had minor chances of getting into a not-so-popular course of DU with 60% in Class 12, a General category student with 60% had no chance of getting into any good college or course at DU.

Please make it really clear that DU attracts great crowd every year due to which the cut off goes very high. You will need at least 88-90% to get into a college under DU. so, there is no chance of you getting into DU with 60% marks.
So, you will need to look for other options.
