    Yes, you may apply to IHM Hyderabad provided you have scored 70% in Class 12, and that also makes you eligible for NCHM JEE. Though your marks at the Class 12 level are also required for the eligibility criteria, entrance exam ranking plays a very crucial role while taking you onboard.
