Yes, you can easily take admitted for M.Com after B.Com with 60% marks. For general M.Com, the minimum criteria is 50% and hence you are eligible to take admission. In fact, even students from other backgrounds are allowed in certain universities if their aggregate score is 60%. Best of Luck!
