Can I take B.Sc. Computer Science even though I didn't do the Science stream?

I have done IBDP with higher level subjects in Economics, Business management and IT. So will I still be able to apply to colleges that provide B.Sc. Computer Science with these subjects? Thanks.

Some exceptions to rule are:
5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants
10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (I. e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), Subject to verification from Selection committee* of the University
