can i take bank manager training after my 12th std?can u plse briefly explain me?

It is very difficult like that.You have to do your graduation and then appear for a bank test.There are several stages.

there is no training of bank manager . First Complete Your graduation then you can eligible to give IBPS Exam for Bank probationary officer. After 4 years Experience of bank Probationary officer Person get the post of Assistant Manager.
