Hello prathamesh,
yes you can take admission in diploma(civil engg.).the eligibility is 10th and duration is 3 years.after 12th with PCM/ITI its duration is 2year.ok so you can apply for it.

Yes, You can do diploma courses after. All colleges doesn't have the age boundary. The minimum criteria for admission in diploma is 10th or equivalent passed. You can also apply for the govt. colleges of your state. If there is some age limit in govt. institution of your state
