Hi. To make an entry in colleges or universities as lecturer or assistant professor, one has to obtain the degree of Ph.D. (doctoral degree). The person holding a doctoral degree in Zoology or animal Biology or animal behaviour or animal conservation is eligible for the post of lecturer of assistant professor. M.Sc.
