Yes, of course. But we insist not to do so because then doing Diploma a is total waste of time. You should opt for a degree course. -
Yes, probably you can try some evening college and enroll yourself for 12th standard. But, college sometimes will ask for age eligibility. Just in that case check with college probably you will have a solution for your query.
