Yes, you can apply for Anna University's colleges or Amity University as they take admission through CBSE marks.

There is nothing like direct, it is always merit based or entrance based, you can look out for management quota.

Yes, you can apply for direct admission in private colleges, not in NITs or any government colleges. There's a huge chance that you have to pay a good amount of money depending upon colleges.

Of course, you can. In India, there are many private engineering colleges that take a certain number of students through management quota. But this way, your B.Tech would cost a lot. On an average, if you take admission in a good and reputed engineering college then it would cost you nearly 25 lacs.
