No, you caanot take direct admission in Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University for MCA course. Students having graduation in B.Sc Computer Science or any other computer- related degrees are eligible to apply and take admission to MCA. They can opt for MCA admission either in regular mode or in distance mode.
Admission is is done based on the JEE (Mains) rank and through counselling carried out by CSJM University. The minimum academic qualification is pass in the final Examination of 10+2 system or its equivalent with Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics.
CSJM offers admissions for UG programmes based on the CUET scores.

University Institute of Engineering and Technology CSJM University closely follows the admission norms for MCA program and direct admission is not facilitated. Admission is usually based on:
1. Entrance Exam: UPSEE or the other national level examination like the NIMCET.
2. Merit-Based: Score in a qualifying examination that is the Bachelor’s degree earned by the candidate concerned.

1. Lateral Entry: BCAor BSc (CS/IT) pass holder candidates have an option of direct admission into the second year of MCA programme.
