Can I take direct admission in mechatronics branch after completing Diploma in ECE?

I am studying in the 2nd year and I want to take admission in 2019.

    No, you can not get the direct admission, because for diploma students must to qualifying the LEET entrance exam to get the admission in engineering college for further study.
