Yeah u can take direct admission based on your JEE-2013 score/State level entrance or MEET-2013 rank. We have scholarships based on your rank in JEE advance. for detailed fee structure pls visit the page http://www.mitsuniversity.ac.in/FETADMISSION/DOCUMENTS B.Tech Admission.pdf

but isn't there any requirement of your JEE-main marks or any other?
in my state that is the first requirement.
