Yes, in Delhi University you can get admission in B.Com or B. Com hons on merit basis i.e., on the basis of your marks in class 10th and class 12th. All you have to do is check the cut offs of the colleges and you can get admission in the college, if your class 12th's percentage lies in between the college's cut-off. -
Yes, it is possible, as per your 10+2 marks.
