Hi Ishita,
The eligibility criteria for B.Sc (Honors) in microbiology is:
1) Compulsory subjects: Biology/Biotech, Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics
2) Aggregate calculation(best of four to be counted): Physics + Chemistry + Biology/Biotech + Mathematics

The eligibility criteria for this course clearly says that one needs marks of Biology/Biotech, Chemistry, Mathematics & Physics to calculate the aggregate. All 4 of them.
