Eligibility for M Des in Transportation Design at UPES is a
Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary Level (10th & 12th)
B. Tech / BE in any discipline / B. Arch / BFA 4 years / B. Des / Interior Design / Applied Arts with minimum 50% marks.
Master of Technology in Transportation Engineering

Good answer given by suni207. In addition to that you can hope getting admission into iit by writing GATE exam by taking some risk why iam telling you because you are eligible for writing GATE exam. With dedication and hard work you can improve your conceptual clarity

First thing you are not eligible to get admission in M.Tech. Already you have passed M.Sc in radiation Physics that have very good career scope. Turning back to B.Tech is quite a bad decision. If you have appetite to study further then go for M.Phil or PhD.
