You should take admission in NIT Kurukshetra. It is better that PEC, Chandigarh because its a high reputed government institute and has good placement.

NIT Kurukshetra is a better college to pursue mechanical engineering because NIT provides good course curriculum and good quality of mechanical faculty members.
