No, you cannot take NEET without Biology because it is compulsory for eligibility criteria.
To appear for NEET, candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology in the Class 12th (or any equivalent) examination and have obtained an aggregate score of at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for general category candidates (and relaxed for other categories).
Biology is also extensive in the NEET syllabus, and you will need to know it for MBBS or other medical courses.
