    As per the exam guidelines, candidates who have passed post graduation from UGC Approved University and enrolled in Masters' degree can apply for UGC NET exam. As you have done only graduation degree, so you have to enroll in post graduation course firstly then you can appear for the exam.

    Hello,
    To appear in the UGC NET Exam you must fulfill the required eligibility criteria. Here you can check the UGC NET Eligibility Criteria 2019 -
    Post-graduation with the minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Relaxation is also available for reserved categories. There is no age limit to appear in the UGC NET Exam for the post of Assistant Professor. But if you are going to appear in NET Exam for JRF then the maximum age limit is 30 years. As you have pursued graduation and not the post-graduation, it is necessary to register for master's programme to become eligible for the UGC NET.     Hi,
    Master's Degree holders with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for reserved candidates) can register for the exam. Students in the final year of master's programme or waiting for its result can also apply for the exam. Ph.D. degree holders who completed their Master's degree before September 19, 1991 are given relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks. Applicants must not be more than 30 years of age as on December 1, 2019 to apply for Junior Research Fellowship. SC, ST, OBC, PWD, Transgender and Women candidates are given an age relaxation of up to 5 years. This is the criteria for UGC NET exam.
