Can I take provisional admission in PES if I have reappear in 1 subject in BCA. Result of reappear come with my 6th sem result in August.

I cleared PESSAT (for MCA). can I get provisional admission in PES University with reappear in 1 subject in BCA. Result of reappear come with my 6th sem result in last week of August 2019. PES University is not picking up phone and not even replying emails so I am asking this question here
