Yes, you can but only if you are capable of handling that amount of pressure. Both maths and biology are equally tough with vast syllabuses. They will open a lot of opportunities for you in future.

Most education boards allow PCMB combination at 10+2 stage. You can do it if your school has facility and provision for it.
