Can I take the entrance exam with 60% as eligibility criteria if I scored 60% in UG but got the degree with second class mentioned in it?

I passed my degree course in the third attempt.

    If your aggregate marks are 60% in your degree, you will meet percentage eligibility criteria of 60% marks for higher studies and job.
