Yes, you can appear for Graduate Record Examination every month but with some certain conditions.

The gap between two exams should be 21 days or above.
A student can appear for a maximum of 5 times in a year.

Candidates can take the GRE examination in every 21 days for five times in any year. You can't take it every month for the entire 12 months however you can take it for 5 months.
