  • No, you cannot use the MHT CET for admission to Siddharth College of Law's 3-year LLB course. Admission to the LL.B. course shall be in consonance with the MH-LAW CET examination conducted specifically for said courses in the Field of Law. You should have passed a graduation degree from any recognized University for applying to the course of 3 years LLB and also pass the MH-LAW CET. Siddharth College of Law chooses postgraduate diploma courses based on merits; it would be according to your graduation marks.     Certainly, you can write the MH CET Law exam directly after your 12th standard for getting into the three-year LLB course in the Maharashtra state. MH CET Law eligibility for the 3-year LLB programme offered to the contenders who hold the bachelor’s degree in any discipline from the recognized university with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST, 42% for VJNT/SBC/OBC). But, the final year graduation examination appearing candidates also can apply for the course, however the certificates must be produced at the time of admission.
