No, you cannot use the MHT CET for admission to Siddharth College of Law's 3-year LLB course. Admission to the LL.B. course shall be in consonance with the MH-LAW CET examination conducted specifically for said courses in the Field of Law. You should have passed a graduation degree from any recognized University for applying to the course of 3 years LLB and also pass the MH-LAW CET. Siddharth College of Law chooses postgraduate diploma courses based on merits; it would be according to your graduation marks.
