Can I take transfer to Christ, Bangalore or Symbiosis, Pune in 2nd year? If yes, what is the process?

I am currently in 1st year, BA in MU.

    I don't think so it's possible. Each university has its own syllabus and curriculum and if you shift the method of teaching and understanding may be completely different from one region to the other. It's not a good option though to change from one university to the other.
