No, it won't have any impact on your engineering whatsoever. It just makes learning any coding language easier if you studied computer Science or IT in your 12th grade because you already know the fundamentals from school.

If you have PCM subjects in 10+2 stage, you are eligible for B.Tech Computer Engineering even if you did not have IT or CS as subject in 12th board.
