Can I transfer from B.Tech to BA?

I am currently in 4th semester of engineering.I am having CGPA of 8.5 with no backlog.

    You could transfer to B.A. But you will be dropping 2 years of your time, as you would have start from the beginning of the course. Lateral entry to B.A. Could be permitted but you may need to appear for a written exam. Please mention the college where you would like to transfer so that I can populate relevant details. Regards.
