Can I transfer from one university to another?

I am in BCA (1st semester) from MCRP UNIVERSITY in Jabalpur M.P. I want to join university in Kolkata in BCA (2nd semester).

Hi, Transfer is possible in the first year and that too within the university from one college to another. Transfer from one university to another university is not possible. Keeping your concern in mind I would suggest you to contact the officials of both the universities for updated transfer nor
