Can I transfer from Pune University to Amravati after completing second year as I have taken admission directly in second year?

Hello Pravin,
These two universities are different and hence their syllabus is also bound to be different. If you are studying in Govt college, then perhaps you can think of it but if you are studying in a private college then it's next to impossible.
