Can I do m.com 2nd yr regular after doing m.com 1st yr from sol in du, and if yes den how?

LIMITED UNIVERSITY CAN OFFER FOR DISTANCE TO REGULAR .LIKE DELHI UNIVERSITY DU SOL CAN TRANSFER TO REGULAR DU CLG . BUT DEPEND ON PERCENTAGE IN 1 YEAR 60 % CAN GO FOR REGULAR CLG IN DU 2 YEAR MIGRATION TRANSFER CERTIFICATE

This can be done by only university behalf so you have to ask to university , it some depend on university is there is any proviso or not
