It is difficult to transfer admission after writing 3rd semester exams specially in Government Polytechnic College. Colleges don't allow transfers except after 1st year. You may contact the authorities through mail or by visiting office , if possible. Some private universities allow such changes but may not be possible for a Government Polytechnic.
