Can I transfer my B.Com degree from Andhra Pradesh to Telangana. Is it possible?

I have done my degree in B.Com general via Telugu medium, 1st year 2018-2019 in Andhra Pradesh and then I discontinued. Now I want finish my degree but in Andhra Pradesh, there is no such course. Can I transfer to Telangana and continue with 2nd year?

Is it possible to transfer college in the middle of semester ?No you are not allowed to transfer from your college to any other college in between the semester You must have completed first year of Bachelor degree to avail the Migration facility offered by university. No you not transfer b.com one
