a year agoTheoretically perhaps you can think of getting a transfer to another college in the second year. For this to happen there are many requirements. Firstly the equivalence of the year wise syllabus between Universities that control these two colleges, secondly your parent college should not feel that they are losing a paying student and will lose revenue for the next 3 years if you go to the other college. Also, the other college should have vacant seats in the branch that you intend to seek admission.
