Can I transfer my degree to MGUniversity?

I've had done BCA from Kerala University and failed in 2 maths papers (one in second and another one in the third semester). Can I transfer my degree to MG University and appear for the failed exams (2017 course completion from Kerala University)?

    Hi Ram,
    For changing the course to other University, I guess, it is not possible to change the University. You can get you admission canceled first from the current university and take a New admission in MG University.
