Can I transfer or accept another university offer in US after depositing nonrefundable deposit in one university already?

Ideally, no, as you send your final scores to one university and once you have made the deposit, it is ethically wrong until you have a valid reason like getting financial aid or better scholarship offer. I would suggest you to write to the university and maybe you can then withdraw your name.
