    You need to check with Lokmanya Tilak college of physiotherapy whether they accept the lateral entries or not, in case yes, then check with the college only what all documents are required for migration.

    No, it's not possible. If you want to change to your college then you have to study there from the beginning or you may get transferred to a college when you complete the course for the internship (6 months).

    No it is not possible to transfer the graduation course to a different university .
    If you want to change then you have to start the course again from the 1st yr.
