Can I try for government jobs in electrical engineering?
I scored 71% in class 10th, 47.5% in 12th and 66% in B.Tech. I want to join PSUs like NTPC and BHEL.

You need to qualify GATE, and with your GATE score you can apply in NTPC or BHEL or in other PSUs.
