Can I use duplicate NIOS 12 certificate for admission in engineering colleges as the original documents are yet not issued?

Hello MA,
This situation is occurred in all colleges at this stage of session. Students have to get admission in colleges but their certificates are not get issued. You can take your DMC to the college where you are looking for admission.
