Can I use JEE Mains books for the preparation of MHCET exam?

To register for the Maharashtra CET LLB 3-year result, follow the steps given below:

• Visit the official website of MH Law CET cetcell.mahacet.org
• Click on the 'Admission Portal AY 2025-26' on the MHCET LLB homepage
• A new page will open up, click on the 'LLB 3-year' tab
• Now, click on 'Candidate's Login' tab to register for the MH CET 3 year LLB counselling
• Fill in your registered email ID and password
• On the login page of Law MHCET, enter the required information & upload the necessary documents
• Select the preferred colleges for MH CET LLB 3-year admission and lock your details once you are done
• Take the printout of MH CET LLB 3-year registration form for future reference

With a 97.4 percentile in JEE Mains, you have a good chance of getting into NITs (National Institutes of Technology) and IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology) for Computer Science or related branches. You can also explore GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes) and some private institutions. 

NITs:

You might be able to get into some of the newer NITs or those with less competitive branches for CSE. 

Consider NITs like NIT Calicut, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Mizoram, and NIT Arunachal Pradesh. 

You could also explore NITs like NIT Agartala, NIT Patna, NIT Goa, NIT Puducherry, and NIT Sikkim. 

IIITs:

Many IIITs offer CSE and related branches for students with your percentile.

IIITs like IIIT Vadodara, IIIT Surat, IIIT Ranchi, IIIT Dharwad, IIIT Kalyani, and IIIT Kottayam are possibilities.

Check the specific closing ranks for each IIIT during the JoSAA counseling to get a better idea. 

GFTIs:

GFTIs like BIT Mesra, MNIT Jaipur, PEC Chandigarh, and other state-funded institutions are also worth exploring.
