Can I use my last year's result of JEE Mains paper 2 to get admission for B.Arch this year i.e. in 2017?

No Deepak. Your JEE score or even score of all entrance exam is valid for only one session so if you not applied for admission on your previous score in previous year then this year it is not valid for admission.
