Can I use my regular marksheet of 12th instead of improvement for college admission?

I passed class 12th in 2021 and applied for improvement in 2022 but failed in the subject.

If you have scored less in your improvement marks, then you can surely go with your class 12th improvement marksheet. Calculate the percentage required for admission and if that is satisfied from your original marksheet then it's no problem. You can only use your original marksheet.
