Can I use the BA degree of Mumbai Hindi Vidyapith for a government or a private job?

Yes, you can. Wherever the degree of Graduation is required, you can use it there. In both the government and private sector, you can use this degree.

I have done my LLB from Uttar Pradesh. I want to register at the Maharashtra Bar Council, but they require a 3 years graduation degree. I have done BA Hindi from Mumbai Hindi Unversity which is a 2 years degree. What should I do?

Yes you can use B.A. Degree of Mumbai hindi Vidyapith for gov or a private job too.
