Can I use the same OBC certificate to get a seat at NIT AP and NIT Karnataka under home state quota?

I have applied for JEE Mains with OBC certificate from Karnataka. I was born in Andhra Pradesh and did my schooling from there only, but my parents belong to Karnataka.

Yes, you can use the same OBC-NCL certificate for both NIT Andhra Pradesh and NIT Karnataka, but only under certain terms. The certificate must be issued by a competent authority after the first of April of the admission year, clearly stating your non-creamy layer status and conforming to the centra
