Can I wait for 2nd round or apply for ILS seat other than home university candidate? My profile: CAT: 91.48 and CET: 94 percentile.

Last year cutoff was around 96 percentile after 3rd CAP round. Apply for ILS.

Sir, I am a south Indian student, and have secured 85 percentile in CET, can I apply for ILS in SIES, and what are my chances. Thank you.

Seeing your CET percentile and last year trends , your situation is a risky one. You could get through CAP on border line basis, I would minimize risk by applying through ILS. The fees and course are going to be the same. Cut off in the last cap round last year was 95.xx percentile , and ILS was 93
