Can I withdraw my locked seat and get the refund (seat acceptance fee)? Can I apply for another branch in JoSAA?

Hello Sahil,
You have to visit to your nearest NIT and ask a counselling officer, mostly if you don't show up for the next round of counselling, you loose you locked seat and get the refund back and you are not allowed to appear for the next round counselling.
